چکیده
Abstract Introduction RIF of the skin is a common yet devastating side effect radiotherapy. The condition significantly worsens quality life causing both cosmetic and functional impairment, with no effective treatment. Surgical reconstruction AFG shows great promise due to its anti-fibrotic effects, but underlying mechanisms remain unclear. We systematically review literature identify possible therapeutic targets. Methods A systematic search was conducted using PubMed, SCOPUS, Cochrane databases. In-vitro in-vivo studies were included radiation adipose tissue fractions or isolated cell groups. Data regarding intervention, types, experimental model, protocol, outcomes collected. Study assessed. Results 26 met inclusion criteria; 8 in-vitro co-culture models 21 experiments. Adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) ADSC conditioned medium most commonly used while ADSC, stromal vascular fraction, whole fat microfat in-vivo. ADSCs modulated inflammation, vascularisation, apoptosis, extracellular matrix remodelling. This decreased collagen levels through attenuation TGFβ/SMAD-axis, inhibition fibroblast-to-myofibroblast-transition, recruitment inflammation-resolving M2-Macrophages. role modulating vascularisation remains Secretion HGF, FGF2, VEGF, IL6 amongst others by suggested for these effects. Conclusion combination remodelling, immunomodulation, re-vascularisation are central mechanistic features after AFG, however, several key phenomena unexplained. Investigation pathways may drug targets treating other fibrotic diseases.

Mechanistic insight into the norepinephrine-induced fibrosis in systemic sclerosis
Raynaud's phenomenon is frequently observed in systemic sclerosis (SSc) patients, and cold- or stress-induced norepinephrine (NE) has been speculated to be associated with vasoconstriction. Objective was to elucidate the role of NE in fibrosis in SSc. IL-6 is a potent stimulator of collagen production in fibroblasts. NE enhanced IL-6 production and proliferation more significantly in SSc fibrob...

INTRODUCTION There is growing interest in the potential use of autologous fat grafting (AFG) for the purposes of breast reconstruction. However, concerns have been raised regarding the technique's clinical effectiveness, safety and interference with screening mammography. The objective of this systematic review was to determine the oncological, clinical, aesthetic and functional, patient report...

متن کاملTreatment of varicella skin scars with sequential punch elevation, autologous fat injection and fractional CO2 laser
Varicella is a common viral infection that occasionally results in scar. Despite a number of measurements taken to combat this infection, they have all been either impractical or limited. The current study presents a 28-year-old woman diagnosed with varicella 10 years ago which caused her to have several depressed skin scars over the face. She was subjected to sequential treatment of punch eleva...
